Web Site user Agreement

The BoxDocs.biz Web Site (the "Site") is an online information service provided by boxdocs.biz, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. BOXDOCS MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS. YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE CONSIDERED ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

Modifications to Terms of Service

Box Docs reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service that govern use of the Box Docs website at any time by posting a revised version of the Terms of Service on the Box Docs website. User is responsible for regularly reviewing the Box Docs website to be notified of any amendments to the Terms of Service.

NO WARRANTIES ON WEBSITE INFORMATION

THE BOX DOCS WEBSITE (INCLUDING ALL INFORMATION AND PRODUCTS THAT ARE REFERENCED OR LINKED TO IN THE BOX DOCS WEBSITE), AND ALL OTHER INFORMATION, DOCUMENTS, PRODUCTS, SOFTWARE, DOWNLOADS, REPAIR SERVICES, ADVICE, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED BY BOX DOCS AND ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL BOX DOCS BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY SPECIAL, GENERAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM NEGLIGENT OR CRIMINAL ACTS OF THIRD PARTIES, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR COMPUTER HARDWARE DAMAGE, IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE BOX DOCS SERVICES, THE BOX DOCS WEBSITE (INCLUDING ALL INFORMATION, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS THAT ARE REFERENCED OR LINKED TO IN THE BOX DOCS WEBSITE), OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION, DOCUMENTS, PRODUCTS, SOFTWARE, DOWNLOADS, REPAIR SERVICES, ADVICE, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED BY BOX DOCS OR ANY OF ITS THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDERS, WHETHER SUCH PERSON IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Force Majeure

In the event Box Docs' delivery of the Usership Services is delayed, prevented, or otherwise made impracticable by reason of any acts of God, fires, floods, earthquakes, or other natural catastrophes; national emergencies, strikes, lockouts or other labor difficulties; computer "hacking" attack or computer virus; any law, order, regulation or other action of any governing authority; or any other cause beyond Box Docs' reasonable control, then Box Docs shall be excused from such delivery to the extent that it is delayed or prevented by such cause.

Fair Usage Policy; Suspension or Termination of Userships

Though Box Docs has set no fixed upper limit on the amount of telephone or online support requests a User may make annually, each User's use of said services is subject to Box Docs' "fair use" policy. Under this policy, if at any time, in Box Docs' sole discretion, User's use exceeds the level of use reasonably expected from someone, then Box Docs reserves the right to suspend or terminate future services. In addition, Box Docs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Services to any User that Box Docs, in its sole discretion, determines are being used (a) fraudulently, (b) by any person other than User, or (c) for any computer system other than a Registered System.
