Final Examination Information
- WHEN: December 13, 2008 at 8:00 AM. I am going to NYC for the afternoon and will be leaving at about 10:30 so if you are too late exam, then you will fail.
- WHERE:
Loyola 300 for all sections
- COVERAGE: Everything done during the semester
- WHAT: 50 or more mulitple choice
questions plus at least two short answer questions -- one from the
presentations. There may be several more short answer questions. No question will be from the
lab material.
How to take a mulitple choice test.
- Go through the questions answering in the margin the questions that you absolutely, positively know the answer to.
- Go through the rest of the questions eliminating answers
that you know are wrong and then pick the most reasonable answer to
them and write that in the margin.
- Mark the exam sheet with the correct answers. It's best not to have to erase an
answer because the test grading machine might get confused.
- DON'T FORGET TO BRING NUMBER 2 PENCILS FOR THE MULTIPLE CHOICE
- The short answer question(s) can be answered in either pencil or pen.
- It also would be a splendid idea to bring a really good eraser for fixing the answers that you enter incorrectly
- It would be a good idea to fine a buddy for the exam and each of you make sure that the other person is up
and at the exam.
- DO NOT BRING ANYTHING ELECTRONIC TO THE EXAM EXCEPT YOUR WATCH. IF YOU BRING ANYTHING (CELL PHONE, CALCULATOR, ETC) YOU WILL HAVE TO LEAVE IT ON THE DESK AT THE FRONT OF THE ROOM.
